Bismark began his career in England, working as a General Nurse in Community Healthcare
with Telford and Wrekin PCT in 2005. He later relocated to Australia in 2009 where he
advanced in the healthcare sector, first serving as a Registered Nurse and later as a Clinical
Nurse Manager with RDNS, a leading healthcare provider in Adelaide. Alongside his team,
he is credited with enhancing healthcare services and improving patient care outcomes
during that period.
In 2018, Bismark founded Bissy Care and Support Services, where he serves as both CEO and
Clinical Nurse Consultant. Under his leadership, the organization remains committed to
delivering high-quality care, developing and implementing evidence-based practices,
educating other healthcare professionals, conducting research, and significantly
contributing to positive patient outcomes within the community.
Bismark Badu is a highly experienced registered nurse with a career spanning over two
decades, practising in both the United Kingdom and Australia. His expertise lies in clinical
service and consultancy, clinical leadership, research, education and clinical service planning
and management.
He holds a degree in Registered Nursing (General), Master of Public Health (Primary Health
Care), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
