FAQs
We have collated a library of FAQs, guides, documents, and forms to help our clients understand what they can expect from us at BissyCare and provide feedback or report any issues.
What are our prices?
Our fees and rates are set in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Reference Group and their Price Guide.
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) releases updates and our current costs are based on the NDIS Price Guide 2022/23 for providers. We encourage you to review the Pricing Guide in its entirety as there is a considerable amount of useful and important detail contained within the Guide. The price guide can be viewed at: https://www.ndis.gov.au/providers/pricing-arrangements

What is our Client Charter?
At BissyCare, we will listen to you, respect your choices and work with you to achieve your goals. You have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, participate in decisions about your supports and raise any concerns or complaints. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to speak with us so we can work with you to address your concerns.
How long does it take to get services from BissyCare?
BissyCare will organise to meet with you as soon as you contact us. We will discuss your needs and what services we can provide to meet those needs. We will provide services to you once you have signed your service agreement.
What is a service agreement?
A Service Agreement is a document which specifies what services we will be providing to you, our obligations and your rights and responsibilities. Where possible, it will also detail how much funding from your NDIS Plan we will be using.
Do I get to choose which of your staff provide my services?
At BissyCare our clients’ preferences and requests are met as often as possible. We will try to always schedule your preferred support worker or nurse. Our staff are from diverse backgrounds, and many speak multiple languages.
How do I provide feedback or make a complaint?
You can provide feedback, make a complaint or share a compliment at any time. You can contact us by phone or email, speak with a member of our team, or ask a BissyCare staff member to assist you.
We take all feedback and complaints seriously. We will listen, respond and work with you to address your concerns wherever possible.
You can also make a complaint anonymously. If you do not provide your contact details, we may not be able to respond directly to you, but we will still consider your feedback and take appropriate action.
