Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Our team can support you to attend activities within the community or join a community group. They can assist you to visit your local library, go to the movies, attend a class or go on a day visit somewhere you are interested in.
Accommodation and Tenancy
Our team providing the support have skills and experience in housing and tenancy support and can assist you in keeping or finding and securing a place to live.
Complex Wound Management
Recover at home with the help of our specialist wound care nurses. We use the latest research, technology and treatment methods to help manage your wound.
